One of the guys I work with received this gift from his five year old grand-daughter. I was waiting until it sprouted to get a good picture (from the front) but my colleague has been traveling out of the country so he took it home. He didn't trust the rest of us to make sure it got watered every day. Are you kidding me? I would have been very diligent about watering it.
It's a perfect version of the sprouting head for this particular coworker. He's a published author (I admit I have not yet read his book) and the subject of his
book is this seed covered head. Well, not a chia head but the person whose likeness it represents. I hope he'll bring it back when he returns to the office.
